  Music was so loud I couldn’t hear conversation with cashier. Wanted lettuce only on a kid’s sandwich (no cheese). We could do that for an additional $1.60. But my biggest concern was that they didn’t announce when our sandwiches were ready, so they sat up there in a to-go bag (when we were eating in) and then never noticed we were sitting there without our food for 20 minutes(we were the only customers in the store), probably because they were busy talking to their friend who came in to visit. Poor customer service. Food was fine, though.

  Extremely loud music meant the cashier, who was new, couldn't get our order straight. They also made a big deal about me adding lettuce to a cheese slim sandwich because lettuce wasnt included in the slim. Twice I had to tell them to charge me for a ham and cheese and leave the ham and tomatoes off to make it work. I was willing to pay whatever but how much could the lettuce possibly cost them!?!? Obnoxious.

  Don't waste your time or money...super expensive, not that good of food, especially their old, stale bread. Go to Subway for a good sandwich!
